How do I add my kids and family members?

After signing up, open Family Settings to add each child and invite a second parent or guardian. Each kid gets their own login and view of their tasks and coins.

How do tasks, coins, and rewards work?

Parents create tasks and set a coin and XP value for each. When a kid completes a task, you approve it and the coins are added to their balance. Kids spend coins in the reward store you set up.

I forgot my password — what do I do?

On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” to reset it by email. For a child's PIN, a parent can reset it from Family Settings.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

You can cancel anytime from your subscription settings and keep access until the end of the billing period. See our Refund Policy for details, or email us and we'll help.

Is my family's data private and safe?

Yes. We take privacy seriously, especially for children. See our Privacy Policy and Children's Privacy pages to learn how we protect your data.
