Delete Your Account & Data

You can ask us to permanently delete your account and all the data connected to it.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us from the address on your account. Include the email you signed up with so we can verify and locate your family. No login is required to submit a request.

We confirm receipt within 1–2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you request deletion, we permanently remove your entire family account, including:

  • Your parent account and profile (name, email)
  • All children's profiles, names, and PINs
  • All tasks, task history, and approvals
  • All uploaded task proof photos
  • Reward store items, coins, savings goals, and redemption history
  • Notification preferences and device tokens

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data is fully removed from our systems within 30 days of your request, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

What We Keep

We do not retain your personal data after deletion. Anonymized, aggregated records that cannot identify you may be kept for analytics, and minimal records may be retained only where required by law.
